By creating an account or using Colorful Acorn Parenting™ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not create an account or use the Service.
Colorful Acorn Parenting™ provides developmental guidance, an AI advisor, a resource library, progress tracking, and personalized roadmaps for parents. The Service is intended for general educational and supportive purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or educational advice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your account information current.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Every membership begins with a free 3-day trial — no charge is made until your trial ends. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan begins automatically and your card is charged the annual price shown at checkout. Plans are billed annually in advance and renew automatically each year until you cancel. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time from your Account & Subscription page; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then. You agree not to misuse the Service, including sharing harmful or unlawful content, attempting to disrupt the Service, accessing another user's data without permission, or using the Service for any illegal purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
All guidance, articles, cards, and other content provided through the Service are owned by or licensed to us. You may use content for your personal, non-commercial family use. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell Service content without permission.
If the Service allows you to share content (such as parent tips), you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and use that content within the Service. You are responsible for what you share and must not post content that infringes the rights of others.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from the guidance provided. Always consult a qualified professional for concerns about your child's health, development, or safety.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
